JOB VACANCIES – NEW OUTLET IN NDOLA
A leading fast food outlet is hiring for multiple positions at its new location in Ndola, Copperbelt. We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team in the following roles:
Available Positions

1. Cashiers (x3)
Key Responsibilities:
• Process customer orders efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods securely.
• Provide excellent customer service, including answering queries about menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier counter.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum of a Grade 12 Certificate.
• Previous experience as a cashier is an advantage.
• Strong numerical and communication skills.

2. Wait Staff (x3)
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers, take orders, and ensure timely delivery of meals.
• Address customer concerns politely and promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and set up dining areas for service.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Grade 12 Certificate required.
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.

3. Bakers (x4)
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods as per outlet standards.
• Follow recipes and ensure high-quality product output.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area.
• Monitor stock levels for baking ingredients and inform the Head Baker as necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience in baking or completion of a baking course is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

4. Head Baker (x1)
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee the baking team to ensure daily production targets are met.
• Create and improve recipes to align with customer preferences.
• Train and mentor new bakers.
• Maintain stock inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking.
• Ensure all baked goods meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in baking, with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and trends.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

5. Cleaners (x3)
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the entire outlet, including dining areas, restrooms, and the kitchen.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as mopping, dusting, and garbage disposal.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness during peak hours.
• Report any maintenance issues to the Complex Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards of cleanliness.

6. Complex Manager (x1)
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring all departments work seamlessly.
• Manage staff schedules, performance, and training.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing feedback and resolving complaints.
• Monitor sales, prepare reports, and ensure profitability.
• Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in managing a fast-paced hospitality or retail business.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
