Job Opportunity: Production Supervisor
KUMA Investments is seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee and manage production operations. If you have strong organizational and leadership skills and are experienced in manufacturing processes, this is an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic team.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
1. Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role.
2. Technical Knowledge: Experience using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
3. Advanced MS Office Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting, planning, and communication.
4. Organizational and Leadership Skills: Ability to coordinate teams effectively, manage schedules, and ensure productivity goals are met.
5. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
6. Education: Diploma or Degree in a technical field (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, or a related discipline).

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the production team.
• Ensure efficient use of resources and maintain high productivity levels.
• Monitor and operate manufacturing machinery and tools as needed.
• Implement safety and quality assurance measures to comply with company and regulatory standards.
• Create and maintain production schedules, reports, and records using MS Office tools.
