JOB DETAILS:
Zambeef Products PLC is the largest integrated cold chain food products and agribusiness company in Zambia and one of the largest in the Southern Africa region. It is involved in the primary production, processing, distribution and retailing of beef, chicken, pork, eggs, dairy, fish, flour, stockfeed and day-old chicks throughout Zambia and the surrounding region.

The Required Skills for this Role Include:
• Monitoring and authorizing entrance and departure of employees, visitors and other persons to guard against theft maintain security of premises.
• Capturing and recording details of all vehicles buying and selling goods at Huntley Farm – Zambeef
• Checking parcels, pockets and suspicious items.
• Patrolling industrial or commercial premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows and gates.
• Writing reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons or unusual occurrences.
• Counting and verifying goods being dispatched and physical inspection during the loading of the goods.
• Ensuring that goods being dispatched have been properly recorded in the Item release book.
• Ensuring that the item release has been duly signed by senior management.
• Calling Police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons and request emergency personnel.

The Required Qualifications are:
• Grade 12 full school certificate
• Security Training Certificate
• 2-year work experience
