JOB DETAILS:
Position 1: Teacher Aid (2 Positions)
Job Summary:
We are looking for passionate and patient individuals to assist teachers in supporting learners, particularly those with special needs. The Teacher Aid will play a key role in fostering a positive learning environment and assisting in daily classroom activities.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum of a Grade 12 certificate.
• Certificate in Care Giving or Health Care is an added advantage.
• Experience working with learners or members of society with special needs.
• Prior experience in a Teacher Aid role is an added advantage.
• Must be willing to undergo necessary training to meet the demands of the position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist teachers in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities.
• Provide support to learners with special needs to help them achieve educational goals.
• Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for learners.
• Assist with preparing teaching materials and organizing the classroom.

Position 2: Boarding Patron (2 Positions)
Job Summary:
We are seeking responsible and caring individuals to oversee the day-to-day welfare of learners in our boarding facility. The Boarding Patron will ensure the safety, comfort, and discipline of all boarders while fostering a supportive environment.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum of a Grade 12 certificate.
• Certificate in Care Giving or Health Care is an added advantage.
• Proven experience in caring for learners or members of society with special needs.
• Previous experience as a Boarding Patron is an added advantage.
• Must be willing to undergo necessary training to meet the role's demands.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and ensure the well-being of learners in the boarding house.
• Promote a safe, secure, and disciplined environment.
• Address the needs of learners with special care and attention.
• Maintain order, enforce boarding house policies, and resolve conflicts.
