JOB DETAILS:
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a CVM Analyst at MoMo from MTN ZM in Lusaka. The CVM Analyst will be responsible for analyzing customer data, developing customer value management strategies, implementing targeted campaigns, and monitoring campaign performance to drive customer engagement and retention.
Qualifications
• Data Analysis, Customer Segmentation, and Customer Value Management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing targeted marketing campaigns
• Proficiency in using analytics tools and software
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Marketing, Business, or related field
• Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is a plus
