JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and self-motivated individuals who can work independently within their suburb of residence to market and sell our liquid detergents and wall paints & thinners to roadside shops and nearby market stalls.
The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with shop owners and stall holders, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:
– Identify and recruit new roadside shops and market stalls to stock our liquid detergents and wall paints & thinners
– identify stores that can be onboarded as wholesale agents within each suburb.
– Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
– Conduct in-store promotions and product demonstrations
– Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
– Provide excellent customer service and support to Wholesale Agents, Shop owners and stall holders
– Gather market intelligence and competitor information
– Report sales performance and provide feedback to management

Requirements:_
– Minimum Grade 12 Certificate
– Natural marketing and sales skills
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
– possess a smart phone
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Residency in a suburb of Lusaka (must be able to work within or around your suburb)
– Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
