Overview
We are recruiting!
Our client in Lusaka area is looking for a Finance Analyst to join their team for a job vacancy within the NGO (USAID funded project).

The Finance Analyst will work with the BEP’s Director of Finance, Administration, and Capacity Building Director to ensure the following are regularly completed:

Payments
• Daily review procurement materials and prepare the required TRNs and merge with procurement documents.
• Review and code all payments in DTGO
Petty Cash
• Administer cash count as per policy
• Reconcile petty cash and submit for review and approval
Payroll
• Support with input of monthly data into payroll
• Review of the Payroll TRN prepared by the HR consultant in readiness for input into the bank
• Input the net pay salaries into the bank
QuickBooks
• Input all the payment transactions into QuickBooks
• Input reviewed journals and reconciliations, Staff retirement reconciliation and all transaction journals into QuickBooks

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, economics, or any other related field.
• CPA or ACCA is a plus
• Minimum of Five years’ experience in delivering a finance role for a fast-paced USAID funded project.
• Must be registered with ZICA
• Must be a Zambian citizen.
