JOB DETAILS:
Madison Finance Company Limited, one of the leading Non-Bank Financial Institutions accredited by the Bank of Zambia (BOZ) seeks to recruit a suitably qualified and professionally experienced candidate for the position of FINANCE MANAGER.

Key Responsibilities
• The role is responsible for but not limited to the following
• Financial Reporting to the Central bank, Management and Investors
• Manage all matters of tax compliance
• Manage the receivables and payables process
• Analyse in detail the business performance and advise management accordingly
• Monitor cash flows and ensure availability of cash to enable the company meet its obligation to banks, suppliers and depositors when they fall due
• Manage and Review the integrity of the GL
• Liaising on all Matters with External Auditors
• Preparing of Financial Statements
• Fixed assets
• Treasury management
• Determining optimum pricing on liabilities

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
• Full grade twelve certificate
• Membership with ZICA
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and ACCA, CIMA or CA Zambia graduate Master’s Degree is added advantage
• ACCA or CIMA membership
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience of which 3 should be in a Banking or MFI and at supervisory level
• Good organizational and multi-tasking skills.
