JOB DETAILS:
Qualifications
Grade 12 Certificate with a minimum of five Credits including mathematics, English and Science
Degree in Accounts
Professional qualification in ZICA, CA, ACCA or equivalent as an added advantage
Membership with Zambia Institute for Chartered Accountants (ZICA)

Major Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepare financial reports, business activity report and financial forecast
• Ensure that the organisation’s financial records and record keeping methods are in compliance
• Manage employees and contractors who are responsible for financial reporting and budgeting
• Periodically review the organisation’s financial reports and identify opportunities for cost reduction
• Analyse data and advise top management on how to maximize profits
• Analyse market trends and identify opportunities for cost reduction
• Oversee organisation’s investment
• Give final approval to expenditure
• Responsible for bank reconciliation

Will report direct the Director
• Experience and Additional Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
• Experience with Microfinance will be an added advantage
• Highly analytical and pay attention to detail
• Excellent skills in MS Office
• Commitment, highly motivated and ethical.
