JOB DETAILS:
Our Construction division seeks to recruit energetic individuals, performance-driven, well-qualified with a minimum of three years’ work experience or more in Civil Engineering and specific experience in Road (Highway Construction, Drainage, Culverts, Bridges) Works.

Job Qualification
• Minimum of a Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 3 years post-qualifying practical work experience
• Membership of Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ)
• Proven Experience in Highway Construction and Auxiliary works

Roles and Responsibilities
• Oversee construction sites and supervise the use of machinery, equipment, and tools
• Knowledgeable and experienced with civil designs and construction
• Strong site supervision skills
• Be willing to travel as needed to manage projects effectively
• Strong project management skills with the ability to set priorities, collect and document project requirements, and successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to solve problems and fix routine errors
• Manage site teams and resources
• Ambassador for health and safety
• Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders

Other Skills
• Mandatory: Microsoft Apps (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook)

• GPS
• Expert GPS
• AutoCAD
• Engineering certification by EIZ
