JOB DETAILS:
Better World Innovations an agribusiness private company is expanding its catfsih production hence looking for an experienced Hatchery Technician to breed and grow-out catfish. We are looking for an experienced and skilled person to support with the expansion program. The technician should have skills and experience in breeding and growing catfish to meet the company breeding and farming targets.

Qualification and attributes
Qualified aquaculture technician with more than 1 year work experience in catfish breeding and growing
Ability to teach start-up farmers to engage in catfish farming
Hands on experience in artificial catfish breeding and naturing fingerlings
Sober minded with knowledge and skills to work and teach students and smallholder farmers
Knowledge and expeience in pond construction and management
Faster learner who can easily adapt to new environments and work in a team
Result and target oriented mindset
Good communication and writing skills
