Ciheb Zambia is a non-profit local Zambian organisation supporting the Ministry of Health to scale up comprehensive HIV prevention and testing services and find the best solutions to life threatening situations among communities in Zambia, including addressing global health security issues.

Ciheb Zambia invites tenders from qualified and experienced contractors for the Renovation and Conversion to MAT Clinic of an Existing Building located at the University Teaching Hospital, in Lusaka.

Submission:

• Interested and qualified companies may obtain the full Request for Proposal (RFP), scope of work along with terms and conditions by emailing to bids@cihebzambia.org.
• Bids should be signed for in the bid register and sealed envelopes deposited in the tender box at the address below on or before 24th January 2025 at 10:00 hours :

• Bid documents will be opened soon after closing in the presence of bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend at the address mentioned above on the 24th January 2025 at 10:00 hours.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bidders must be registered with relevant authority, e.g., National Council for Construction (NCC) and have at least five years of relevant experience in refurbishment projects.
• Must submit company registration, valid tax clearance certificate, and other supporting documents as outlined in the tender document.
