Tasks And Responsibilities :
• Campaign Coordination: Responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives. This includes managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of marketing initiatives.
• Sales Support: Provides assistance to the sales team by preparing sales materials, organizing events, and facilitating communication between departments
• market Analysis: Analyzes market trends and customer data to inform marketing strategies and improve sales performance. This involves gathering insights from customer feedback, competitor analysis, and industry research
• Customer Relationship Management: Manages relationships with customers by addressing inquiries, coordinating feedback surveys, and implementing retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty
• Account Management: Focuses on nurturing relationships with the company’s most valuable clients, ensuring their needs are met while identifying opportunities for growth.
• Strategic Planning: Develops account plans that outline objectives, strategies, and actions tailored to key accounts. This includes regular analysis of client needs and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Performance Tracking: Conducts reviews to assess the performance of key accounts against set objectives, making necessary adjustments to strategies based on outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works closely with other departments to ensure that key accounts receive comprehensive support and service tailored to their unique requirements
• Sales Strategy Development: Sets individual quotas for sales representatives and overall sales goals for the company based on historical data and market analysis.
• Product Management: Determines pricing strategies, product placements, and modifications based on customer feedback and market trends. This involves deciding which products should be promoted or discontinued
• Customer Engagement: Engages with customers through surveys, feedback requests, and up-selling initiatives to maintain satisfaction and loyalty. The division is proactive in addressing customer issues as they arise
• Promotional Activities: Plans various promotional efforts such as advertising campaigns, public relations activities, social media engagement, and event sponsorship to enhance brand visibility and drive sales
Experience And Qualifications
• Grade 12
• Degree in sales and Marketing
• Not less than three years sales experience in FMCG
• Valid drivers’ licence
