JOB DETAILS:
The Courier (Motor Bike Rider) will be responsible for timely collection and delivery of parcels to and from clients. Their role will include but not be limited to the following:

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Deliver parcels, packages and other assigned goods/products to customers in a timely manner.
• Navigate Lusaka routes efficiently to ensure prompt deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Assist in loading and unloading products as required.
• Maintain the motorbike by cleaning and ensuring it is in good working order.
• Have basic knowledge of mechanics.
• Proven experience working as a motorbike rider and meeting weekly cash targets.
• Perform any other duties as directed by the supervisor.
• Must own a smartphone.

Requirements:
• Clean Motor Bike license with a valid Class A (must be at least 2 years old).
• Full Grade 12 Certificate.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills (conversant with English and local languages).
• Pays attention to detail.
• Must be tech literate and able to use applications like Google Maps, WhatsApp, etc.
• Must be honest and possess high levels of confidentiality.
• Should have the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Familiar with Lusaka routes and locations.
• Passion for Customer Service.
• Ready to start immediately.
