Desired Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the oil and gas energy sector
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and proven problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in retail management
