JOB DETAILS:
Are you passionate about fashion, self-motivated and result driven? We are seeking to recruit a skilled and energetic Sales Representative to provide excellent customer services and contribute to our store’s profitability.

Responsibilities
• Welcome and serve customers.
• Promote and sell products to both online and in-store customers.
• Provide accurate information. E.g., product features, pricing and after sale services.
• Help identify customer needs and recommend products.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and maintain a customer database.
• Deliver high quality service and support.
• Ensure proper presentation of products.
• Communicate feedback to management by submitting sales and activity report.
• Handling financial transactions.

Skills/Qualifications
• Diploma in Marketing or Business-related field
• High Selling Capabilities
• Prior Customer Support experience
• Excellent oral and written English Communication.
• Strong ability to take initiative and confidently assist customers
• Proficient use of computer software and phone systems
• Ability to plan and organize daily assignments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
