JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote land sales.
– Support the creation of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, digital content).
– Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activity.
– Help organize property viewings, client meetings, and marketing events.
– Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems.
– Assist in preparing reports and presentations for potential clients and management.
– Support the sales team with day-to-day tasks, including lead generation and follow-ups.

Qualifications:
– Strong interest in sales, marketing, and real estate.
– Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of CRM systems.
– Creative mindset with attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
– 1 to 2 years of experience in the real estate industry (internship or full-time) is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills:
– Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
