About the Role:
The Workshop Manager will oversee the operations of the workshop, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and safety. This role involves managing staff, equipment, and processes to deliver high-quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee workshop operations, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Supervise and train workshop staff to maintain productivity and safety.
• Ensure machinery and tools are maintained and in good working condition.
