We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team and oversee the company’s financial operations.

Job Description
The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s financial health by ensuring effective financial planning, budgeting, analysis, and reporting. The successful candidate will lead the finance team and ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s objectives.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and manage audits effectively.
• Monitor cash flow, investments, and company expenditures to optimize financial performance.
• Lead the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Provide strategic advice to the management team based on financial data and analysis.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Use financial management software to enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Train and mentor finance team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA is strongly preferred.
Professional Certification:
• ACCA, CIMA, or CFA certification is mandatory.
Experience:
• A minimum of 10 years in a senior financial management role, preferably within the solid waste management or services industry.
Skills and Competencies:
• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to lead budgeting, financial planning, and analysis processes.
• Strong experience in managing audits and ensuring compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
